FASHION VICTIMS

Join Artist Angela Burns for this interactive session where participants will be guided in making their own upcycled fashion illustrations using patchwork, embroidery techniques, discarded fabrics and digitally printed fabric samples.

Take inspiration from Angela’s wonderful exhibition at the centre as she shares her techniques and motivations. This workshop, and the exhibition, shine a light on the vast quantities of waste generated by the fashion industry’s unsustainable production methods and consumer demands.

This workshop coincides with Angela Burns upcoming exhibition ‘FASHION VICTIMS’ which opens Sat 8 June to Sat 6 July.
