Learn how easy it is to make dumpling dough (just two ingredients) and three delicious seasonal fillings (squash & sesame, pork & scallion and classic vegetable). We’ll make this simple wheat dough from scratch, then practice different folding techniques, from pleated crescents to moneybags and rope edges. You will make and fill their own dumplings. We’ll steam some of them and I’ll show you how to ‘potsticker’ some too – then we get to eat them all together!

Afterwards we’ll send you recipes for all the dumplings we cover so you can recreate them at home. Unfortunately, this dumpling evening isn’t suitable for people who can’t eat gluten. For all other dietary requirements just let us know when you book and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.
