ISLAND Arts Centre celebrated its hugely successful ‘25 Years in the Making’ Children’s Arts Festival!

Communities and Wellbeing Chair Councillor Sharon Lowry visited last weeks activities for the ‘Life’s a Circus’ week, as children embraced all aspects of the festival, colouring our immersive arts installation, throwing pottery on the wheel, circus skills and creative junk art.

???? The Island ArtsCentre’s ‘25 Years in the Making ‘ installation is filling with morecolour every day as our young artists add their creativity to the walls.

✨Families are invited to drop in and enjoy this free activity in Gallery 1. It’sa brilliant chance to see the imagination of local children on display andwatch the artwork grow throughout the anniversary celebrations.

???? Whether you pop in fora quick visit or stay to add your own masterpiece, the gallery is bursting withenergy, colour and community spirit.
