Using an Apple Device?

Sometimes Apple Device users can encounter issues.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you can try these steps:
  • Refresh this page and try again
  • If that doesn't work, try navigating to this page using a Private Browsing Window on Safari and completing your booking there. That should enable Cookies to work, but as soon as you close your tab they will automatically be deleted. For instructions on how to browse in Private Browsing, click here.
  • Failing that, you can try going to Settings > Safari and ensure that:
    • The setting named ‘Prevent Cross Site Tracking’ is toggled to the left (off)
    • The setting named ‘Block All Cookies’ is toggled to the left (off)
    • Once you have finished, you can change these settings back to how they were before

If you are using the Safari browser on a Mac, you can try these steps:
  • Refresh this page and try again
  • If that doesn't work, try navigating to this page using a Private Browsing Window on Safari and completing your booking there. That should enable Cookies to work, but as soon as you close your window they will automatically be deleted. For instructions on how to browse in Private Browsing, click here.
  • Failing that, you can try going to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and ensure that:
    • The setting named ‘Prevent Cross Site Tracking’ is not ticked
    • The setting named ‘Block All Cookies’ is not ticked
    • Once you have finished, you can change these settings back to how they were before

Please make sure that your browser is not set to block either ‘third party’ or ‘all’ cookies.
