This six-week course includes a fun, progressive range of Yoga postures, breathwork and deep relaxation. These practices will aim to release physical and mental tension and leave you feeling ready for a good night’s sleep. They will also help to strengthen and tone the body as well as boost energy. You will also learn sequences that you can practice at home.
Please ensure you bring your own yoga mat to class.
