‘Things We Were Told’ is the first solo exhibition for the 2024 winner of the Great Pottery Throw Down.  

Gendered social conditioning, inherited patriarchy, and silenced female voices are explored through clay to highlight and narrate a misogyny often associated with expectations placed on women and girls.
