Creative commissions for disabled artists launched with BBC Arts

To mark the 25th anniversary of the Disability Discrimination Act, BBC Arts is partnering with the UK’s arts councils, including Arts Council of Northern Ireland to commission ten new works by disabled, D/deaf and neurodiverse artists.
