Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s Christmas Card Competition 2025

ISLAND Arts Centre was delighted once again to run the Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s Christmas Card Competition! Last month, a local artist worked with five schools: Beechlawn School, Brookfield School, Longstone School, Parkview Special School and Tor Bank School. During these art workshops, pupils designed a beautiful range of Christmas Cards that are now on display at ISLAND Arts Centre until 24th December. Mayor, Alderman Amanda Grehan is visiting schools this week to deliver prizes for the winning cards – what a nice way to spread some festive cheer before the end of term! Thank you to everyone involved in the project!
