There is a charge of £1 for telephone bookings and a charge of 50p for over-the-counter bookings.
Concessions, subject to availability, are available to 60+ in full-time retirement, registered unemployed people, full-time students (Uni ID cards only).
£5 Same-day Student Standby Tickets are available to full-time students subject to availability. Applies from 7pm on the day of the event, counter sales only.

ISLAND Arts Centre’s normal concessions are not available where an event is designated as a Guest Hire.
Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council operates a Buddycard Scheme.

ISLAND Arts Centre regrets that we are unable to refund or exchange tickets unless the performance is postponed or cancelled.
All tickets are sold according to our Terms & Conditions.
We accept no responsibility for tickets or services purchased via an agency or third party.
Agency tickets may be subject to different terms and conditions.
If an event is cancelled or postponed we will announce online through our social media channels Facebook and Twitter and we will endeavour to contact all ticket purchasers.
It may not always be possible to contact customers individually if an event is cancelled at short notice.
